This is probably the second time going to Yishun fire station for a course of first aid and fire safety....when there to learn more about it yeah firstly when we reached there saw many civil defence vehicles get in to a room beside the one i first had...well around three schools including us was there Xinmin, Serangoon and Montfort the largest population there.haha,first we had first aid module how wounds are treated and how different are the wounds which are classified into different areas.Follow up to another room to learn CPR conducted by instructor Harrie,the room consist of some dummies which we are suppose do CPR on which is also known as cardio pulmonary resuscitation...yeah have fun blowing air into the dummies also learn about how to recover the person after doing CPR which consist of 5 sets and 2 blows and 3o chest compression in one sets yeah i could still remember...Proceed to the next section of fire safety which conducted by instructor Naz taught us many stuff like how different fire extinguisher are to extinguish different fire or it will make the fire worse than before and even how fire started in different areas and various burns like 1st,2nd or 3rd depending on the condition of the wounds...the best part was earning those pens as a reward to different answer questions yeah...also went down for a fire demo after a short briefing on how to use a fire extinguisher over the fire to extinguish it...many funny sence also on handling with it.lol,pics above....

Yeah went to that restaurant for Elective Module,at first it was boring taking bus there listening to their introduction watching their video on how to dress up like a waiter and how did they served food to the customers.And well they did mentioned about their prime rib yeah the famous food of their restaurant that made them popular showed us how they spin a bowl of salad in another bowl full of ice and by adding the ingredients bit by bit...yeah taken a photos in the bus for fun with Alvin...
